 How can I
find local companies
selling Cypherix®
products?We have various distributors/resellers across the globe. You may find their contact information here I am a
registered user and wish to
upgrade to Cryptainer
PE/Cryptainer 8.0. What do
I need to do?You can upgrade from Cryptainer ME to Cryptainer PE/ 8.0 or Cryptainer PE to Cryptainer 8.0 for the difference in the price i.e the price you have paid for the product can be used towards an upgrade. Please email us or access our End User Area for the link. What modes
of payment do you
accept?The Cypherix® Store permits you to purchase using your Credit Card, Paypal or even using a cheque (US/UK Cheque or International Money Order or Bank Wire). Please note that processing Paypal orders can take upto 5 working days. My order has
been processed successfully
but I have not received the
product yet. What should I
do?Once your order has been processed, you ought to receive an email with your download link and registration code within a minute or two. Please make sure there are no spam blocks, blocking our servers - cypherix.com and cypherix.co.uk. However, you can always access our End User Area to get your download link and registration code. I would like
to use your software for my
desktop and laptop. Would I
need to purchase 2
licenses?While we would prefer that customers (especially business) purchase as many licences as machines, we do realize that most of us use softwares on different machines at different times. Consequently, installing the software on two different machines for use by the same user is not a problem. What happens
after 2 years? Does the
software expire?No. Our licenses are perpetual, ie. they are good for life. For the next 2 years from the date of purchase, you are eligible for free updates. Once 2 years has been completed, this offer expires. However, you can purchase the latest version at a 50% discount. What
discounts do you
offer?We offer a 50% discount for students and users of competitive products. We offer a 40% discount for non-profit and charitable societies, educational institutions (including staff) and hospitals.
